Sep 3, 2008 - I grew up with Roger Allam from the orig. London broadway & will always love him.He and Philip Quast have such great emotion as Javert. Michael McCarthy also.Stephen Tewsksbury sounds fantastic -great fury and broadway/operatic sound.The German Mueller evokes tons of Javert emotion in there, also great.Brad Little has also got a great ring & broadway quality & fierce emotion!My least favourite is Hans Peter Janssens, too operatic, I don't like the way he shaped some of the words.
