Grand Master Bruce Lee demonstrated his Jump Punch in B/W film in the teaching Jame. Bruce's Demo was approaching the full power of Iron-Ball's attack. One may lose his life if being hit on his head by this energy.This is just like throwing an iron-ball to your head. Mine is not good enough and need to improve. Sometimes, I feel the force 離心力 carry my fist away from my body. I need to balance this 離心力 with my whole body weight. The force sometime may concentrate on my wrist and make me difficult to hold the fist tight. It like it will run away itself. So, the quality of the wrist must high otherwise it will be hurt. Besides, all the muscles can relax and become much elastic when I am not standing on the ground. This film is almost same position's demo.If jump forward 1 to 6 feet with impact like slipping, the force will be higher, but need long time to practice in controlling and mixing the forces(Impact Force & 離心力) as easily unbalance. This is body's mechanism or science. There are still too much things to learn from Great Grand Master Bruce Lee.

Normally, I will hit the Sand-bag appeared in my side-kick film(It is not made with sand, but many small pieces of clothes). The bag will become harder and harder(The clothes compressed). Cont..

Oct 7, 2008 - Besides, I used real sand-bag which was made by steel-sand, back bean nuts..etc when I was a student in secondary school. But, when I grew older, I found that the sand-bag would make injury. I am 40 now. I can't affort to have serious hurt on wrist joints because it take me much longer to recover. This is my experience. In punching power, I will not chase myself to perform K.O. power mentally. But, I know my iron-ball punching potential nowaday.Philip
