Oct 6, 2008 - ah yes well i live in holland soo the prices are a bit messed up (a 8800GTX for example costs more than a GTX 280 in some cases)and hey doesn't matter if there is a 8600GS, it's crab anyway... it IS fun to oerclock it though becaus you can go so high (without having a fan :D)

Oct 6, 2008 - no bullshit i had with my old 8600 gt100-300 constant.. thats because i had a good processoreverything was on max (even AA/AF on 1440*900)the halflife 2 engine is processor based so if u buy a better vcard it wont help much, it might even bottle neck ur cpu and make it worse, but 50 fps is definetly playable
